BA LLB (Hons) with specialization in Energy Laws: The program has been prepared with an intention of creating dedicated professionals who are well trained in legal framework and contractual requirements for energy sector companies. Students are exposed to the latest laws and judgments pertinent to the core sectors of India, apart from studying the regular legal subjects.

  2. BBA LLB (Hons) with specialization in Corporate Laws: This program aims to create a brand new race of Corporate Lawyers who would not only understand the intricacies of business but be equally well-versed in the nuances of Corporate Laws and Regulatory Affairs. You will gain valuable insights in both the business functions like finance, human resource management, marketing, international business and corporate laws in the fields of Banking, Corporate Governance, Investment, Competition, Insurance and Mergers and Acquisitions.

  3. B.Com LLB (Hons) with specialization in Taxation Laws: To bridge the gap between legal theory and practice, an understanding of the trade and commerce is essential. Law is a profession that works in economic context, and therefore for a legal practitioner, training in the economic science is a prerequisite. The program combines the knowledge of the economic sciences with special training in taxation law. The trade, finance and commerce component of the B. com. LL.B. (Hons.) course includes subjects such as accounts, finance, economics, language and, which are supplemented by a range of law courses, and together they provide a broad-based multidisciplinary foundation to the curriculum.

B.A., LL.B (Hons.) with specialization in Criminal Law/ Labor Law/ Constitution Law

  1. B.A., LL.B (Hons.) Criminal Law : The primary objective of the program is to create legal experts in the field of law and equip professionals with the upgraded knowledge on national and international regulatory frame work of Criminal Law. On completion of the course the student will be in a position to deal with the key legal issues that may arise in the Criminal Justice System.

  2. B.A., LL.B (Hons.) Labor Law : The primary objective of the program is to create legal experts in the field of law and equip professionals with the upgraded knowledge on national and international regulatory frame work of Labor Law. On completion of the course the student will be in a position to deal with the key legal issues that may arise in the Labor Regulation.

BBA., LL.B (Hons.) with specialization in International Trade & Investment/ Banking,Finance & Insurance/ Media & Entertainment Law

  1. BBA., LL.B (Hons.) Banking, Insurance & Finance : The primary objective of the program is to create legal experts in the field of law and equip professionals with the upgraded knowledge on national and international regulatory frame of Banking , Insurance & Finance. On completion of the course the student will be in a position to deal with the key legal issues that may arise in the Regulation of Banking , Insurance and Finance sectors.

  2. BBA., LL.B (Hons.) International Trade & Investment Law :The primary objective of the program is to create legal experts in the field of law and equip professionals with the upgraded knowledge on national and international regulatory frame of International Trade & Investment Law. On completion of the course the student will be in a position to deal with the key legal issues that may arise in the Regulation of International Trade & Investment.

  3. B.Tech Energy Technology LLB (Hons.) with Specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): The program provides a comprehensive understanding of the dynamically evolving techno-legal issues in the science and technology sectors. With companies dedicating large resources to research and development, the demand for protecting intellectual property rights has risen dramatically and is believed to increase further. The program equips the students to handle complex techno-legal issues in the energy and allied domains.

  4. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering LLB (Hons.) with Specialization in Cyber Law / IPR: With global digitization and spreading of information network far and wide, the cyber world has seen a propensity of new-age contracts and a slow but sure pervasion of cybercrimes. The program provides a unique amalgam of Computer Science knowledge and Laws pertaining to the Cyber world.

For B.Tech Law: Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) & Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th)

ADMISSION CRITERIA:

UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test(UL-SAT) (Upto 80% seats), followed by Group Discussion & Interview

Exam Date: UPES shall be conducting ONLINE ULSAT 2017 on 13th May 2017.
