COURSE : B.COM(HONS) DURATION:6 SEMESTERS (3 YEARS)

ELIGIBILITY:

Passed 10+2 or equivalent Examination with Commerce/ Economics/ Maths/ Computer Sc./Finance/Financial Markets Management as one of the subjects securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate and must have passed in the concerned subject (as supported by the Certificate issued by the Examining body).

TEST PATTERN

There shall be one Paper of 150 minutes (Two and half hours) duration carrying 450 marks containing 150 multiple-choice questions, 30 each from

  • Accounting and Business Organisation

  • Economics and Money Banking

  • Mathematics

  • General Knowledge and Current Affairs and

  • Language - English or Hindi. The “Language” part shall consist of two sets of multiple choice questions on Language comprehension, one each in Hindi and English, where the candidate is required to answer either the Hindi language set or the English language set but not both. (The standard will be of +2 Examination or equivalent)

Notes :

  1. Elective groups in which teaching facilities would be provided and the number of students in each group shall be fixed by the Head of Department.

  2. The Board of Studies may make and implement minor changes in the contents of courses and change the order of question papers whenever required. Such changes will be reported to the Faculty for record.

  3. For each batch of students, there shall be a Board of Viva-Voce Examiners consisting of one external and two internal examiners.
