Eligibility

The General Eligibility requirement for admission to Bachelors’ and Integrated Masters’ Programmes is the Class 12 examination, or its equivalent.

Programme Specific Guidelines

Management & Commerce: Commerce or Management at the school level are not compulsory.
Humanities & Social Science: The Arts stream at the school level is not compulsory.
Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science is open to anyone who has completed Class 12 or equivalent with Mathematics as a subject.
Eligibility for Life Science: Students with Biology, Physics, Chemistry subjects in the 12th standard.
Eligibilty for Physics: Physics and Mathematics in Class 12 are compulsory.

Note: Students without Mathematics as a subject in the 12th standard - Candidates who have been admitted to the university in another Major or Undeclared Major/Programme and who do not have Mathematics at Class 12, will have to take prescribed courses at the university and achieve a satisfactory grade in those courses as prescribed by the University (Please see Programme description for details) before they can apply for a change in Major to Computer Science.
